James Hoffman was born in Milwaukee, WI. He was educated at the University of Wisconsin with studies in Political Science and Economics. As an undergraduate James studied at the university in Seville, Spain and was selected for the "Washington Internship Program" where he worked for the Secretary of Commerce in Washington D.C. After graduating in the spring of 1993 James was hired by a start-up marketing company and became Vice President of Marketing in less than two years.
In 1994 James discovered the power of leverage and identified real estate markets emerging from recession. He went into real estate and developed a business model for rehabilitating homes in the South Florida market. In only a few years he personally renovated over 30 apartments and single family homes as well as investing in vacant land and commercial properties.
Recently, James has been focusing on developing new projects in South Florida and helping others to invest wisely in one of the fastest growing areas of the country. James has extensive experience in property management and development. He is a licensed Florida Realtor and has held licenses for Real Estate Appraising, Mortgage Brokering and Correspondent Lending. James belongs to the Palm Beach Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors and the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce.
James is a devoted husband to his lovely wife, Monica, and sons, Frank and Andy and newborn Christopher James. He is a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys traveling with his family.
