Meet Ruth Ann & Julie
Ruth Ann
 Ruth Ann Sheffy is a native of Florida and speaks with first hand knowledge about the county and the state. For 35 she has been serving all of central Palm Beach County from "The Ocean to the Everglades." Ruth Ann holds a Florida brokers license and is Past Local Chapter President (1999) of the Women's Council of Realtors. In addition to the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, she also holds a Master's Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Her experience operating her own decorating business and her close ties to the construction business gives her a unique insight into the buying and selling of both new and remodeled homes, condos and multi-family units. She is no stranger to travel, having lived in Athens, Greece in the 1960s. She participated in the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Trade Mission to Argentina in September 1999 and to England in 2000.
Julie
Julie Sheffy DeNicolais became a licensed real estate agent in 2001, however, she has been involved in the background of real estate most of her life through her mother. She also has experience in the construction industry, financing, and the environmental field. She has obtained her Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Even though she is a very busy mother of three daughters (in three schools), she finds countless ways to turn this into marketing opportunities while remaining a very involved parent. She also helped spearhead a neighborhood organization and regularly attends Palm Beach County meetings for community revitalization. She has participated in Habitat for Humanities projects and feels everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home.
