HISTORY Joan's area of expertise has been in the West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, and Boynton Beach areas of Palm Beach County. Specializing in referrals until her move to the Port Charlotte area in May 2004, where she is the Managing Broker of the Port Charlotte Office.
EXPERIENCE Joan has been in Real Estate for over 10 years, but in outside sales since the early 70s, has owned her own business twice, and has closed several million $$$ in sales each year in Real Estate.
PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY Joan's attitude toward her customers, whether Buyers or Sellers, is to treat clients the way she would want to be treated. The Buying or Selling of your home (your most valued possession), is very important and can sometimes be very emotional. Keeping the customer informed of how the process works and what to expect next, is vital. Attention to details during the listing and marketing of the property, negotiating and finalizing contracts, making the closing as smooth as possible, complete and on time, is what she strives to accomplish!
